Some years ago, a family made a courageous move from Bihar to the bustling city of Delhi. They left behind their familiar life with a single, powerful motive: to give their children the gift of a high-quality education. Their young son, Abhishek, a bright and beautiful boy, inherited this dream. He didn’t just view it as his parents’ wish; he adopted it as his life’s ultimate goal.

That goal found its launching pad when Abhishek joined the Discipleship Centre’s (DC) Madanpur Khadar Project.

From the foundational blocks of alphabets and numbers to the vibrant names of colors, animals, birds, vegetables, and fruits, the Centre opened his eyes to the joy of learning.

As a regular and deeply committed student, Abhishek’s daily routine became a testament to his incredible work ethic. Because his local Delhi Government school operated on a shift system, Abhishek managed his time like a professional:

• Mornings: He dedicated his early hours to intensive learning at the DC Centre.
• Afternoons: He attended his regular shift classes at the government school.

Through this rigorous double-schedule, Abhishek never wavered. He proved himself to be an exceptionally hardworking student.

Nurturing a Well-Rounded Leader

The DC staff knew that true success goes beyond text books. Over the course of 12 years, they continuously encouraged, counseled, and guided Abhishek, intentionally shaping him into a responsible and good citizen.

Abhishek actively threw himself into every opportunity the Centre provided. He became a familiar face in extracurricular activities, showcasing his diverse talents in drawing, essay writing, and creative competitions. His dedication paid off, earning him numerous prizes and building a rock-solid confidence that would serve him in his board exams.

Standing at the Top: The Path to Becoming a CA

All those years of morning study sessions, relentless hard work, and continuous guidance from the DC staff culminated in a spectacular milestone. Abhishek completed his 12th-standard board examinations with an excellent score of 81%!

With a deep love for numbers and finance, Abhishek has set his sights on the prestigious B. Com (Honours) degree, with the ultimate dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).
