On October 13, 2026, the Discipleship Centre (Kalyanpuri Centre) had the privilege of hosting a 15-member Japanese delegation, comprising 13 team members and 2 coordinators. The visit was organized to foster intercultural connection, engage with the children, and observe the educational and creative activities conducted at the Centre. The event was filled with joyful cultural exchanges, interactive performances, and encouraging classroom tours.
Event Highlights & Key Activities
Student Leadership: In a significant milestone for the Centre’s youth development, DC student Ms. Khushi anchored the entire program for the first time, steering the event with confidence and grace.
Warm Welcome & Handcrafted Greetings: The visiting guests were warmly welcomed with personalized, handmade greeting cards crafted by the children. The delegation expressed immense enthusiasm and appreciation for the creativity and effort behind each card.
Cultural Performances & Interactive Dance:
The Centre’s younger students performed a cheerful welcome dance.
The elder girls presented a vibrant dance performance.
In a wonderful moment of togetherness, the Japanese team joined the children on the dance floor, creating an uplifting and memorable experience for everyone present.
Classroom & Facility Tour: The delegation visited each classroom to inspect student projects, crafts, and learning displays. The visitors expressed great encouragement and admiration for the children’s skills, progress, and enthusiasm for learning.
